Created for Washington Radiology Associates to replace a previous version of their location map after the opening of two new locations. The map is printed on their physician's written order form (shown floating at far left).

The previous map was changed and edited over the years by others to the point that roads were far from accurate and thus some of the WRA locations were incorrectly spotted. Now not only is the map exact and locations accurate, but the map is also georeferenced making it ready for use in future web apps.
