Created for the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History, this map was part of an exhibit on the Arctic and Atmosphere. The Exhibit contained more than 35 maps and illustrations made by TMF.

This map is showing the negative phase of arctic temperature oscillation. A corresponding positive phase map was also produced.
