This 3D figure along with 40 more were created for Living with Earth: An Introduction to Environmental Geology by Travis Hudson and published by Prentice Hall. These three illustrations show the formation of a tsunami was caused by a rupture in the seafloor along a subduction fault.

As with the other samples presented from the Living with Earth book, all parts of the figures were custom modeled for the figure.
